You get full access to all addons of your selected plan for 7 days. You can cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged. We'll send you a reminder 2 days before your trial ends.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. If you upgrade, the change will be effective immediately. If you downgrade, it will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

We support .OBJ, .GLB, .STL, and .FBX files. If your models need preparation, our expert team can handle UV mapping, geometry fixes, and material setup for you.

Yes. With the White-Label addon, you can replace all 3D Prints branding with your own colors, logo, and typography. Premium plans also support custom domains so the configurator runs under your URL.

After cancellation, your data is retained until the end of the current billing period. After that, scenes and designs are kept according to your plan's data retention period. You can export your data at any time before deletion.

Yes, the platform supports English, German, French, and Italian out of the box. The configurator automatically adapts to your website's language, so your customers always see the interface in their language.

Export it with FreeCAD, a free open-source CAD tool (freecad.org). Open your CAD file (STEP, IGES, STL, etc.), select the part, then File → Export and choose “Mesh formats (*.obj)”. Upload the .obj here and you're set. We also accept .GLB, .STL and .FBX — and if your model needs cleanup, our team can handle UV mapping, geometry fixes and materials for you.

Yes. When a visitor saves their design, we capture their email, send it straight to your dashboard, and notify you by email. Every saved design becomes a qualified lead — on every plan, at no extra cost.
